Recipe: high protein, sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding

Try this simple, no-bake, high protein cheesecake pudding mix that only takes 5 quick minutes to prepare! If you’re craving this, you don’t have to let it sit overnight, and can eat it in an instant!

Ingredients: make sure you have/use a food scale!

  • 1 pack of sugar-free fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 16 oz (454g) non-fat plain greek yogurt


Instructions:

  1. Scoop non-fat greek yogurt into a medium sized dish

  2. Slowly add your pudding mix into your yogurt

  3. Continue stirring as you add the pudding mix

  4. Make sure all of the mix dissolves

  5. Let it set in the refrigerator over night


Nutrition for 4oz serving: entire recipe makes 4 servings

90 calories, 11.5g protein, 10.5g carbs, 0g fat
