8 Macro-Friendly Recipes

There are so many nutrition preferences out there and with many common food sensitives in today's society, it can be hard to find quality recipes, especially ones that are 'diet needs approved' and come with some decent macros with them. I have clients that follow Weight Watchers, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Whole 30, gluten/dairy/lactose/sugar-free, and that's just to name a few.

Here's a collection of a few recipes that I was able to round up online (shuffling through the overwhelming abundance of recipes on the web!) that are fairly macro-friendly, but are simple enough for the slow-cooker and for the entire family to share. I hope you enjoy them!
