Cancellation Policy

Please message me directly via WhatsApp. You may reschedule ONCE without penalty if it’s more than 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule cancel within 24-6 hours before your appointment, there will be a 50% charge (so to reschedule this appointment will require half the price to rebook). A cancellation or request to reschedule in less than 6 hours before your session will be fully charged without exceptions. Any no-show appointments are not eligible for refund or reschedule, no exceptions.
