The SECOND level of the LEANER series. It is highly recommended that you complete the LEANER 1 program prior to starting this one!
If you’re fairly new to the gym and are looking for a general, well-rounded improvement program, then the Leaner series is ideal for you. With this level of programming, we aren’t looking to turn you into a collegiate-level sprinter or an all-American powerlifter; we’re just here to get you into an awesome training routine that compliments your current lifestyle. We go through 4 phases of full-body workouts (5 days/week) to improve the quality of your lean body mass and work on reducing your fat body mass.
This programming requires a fully functioning gym membership as we will be using a variety of machines, free-weights (dumbbells and barbells) as well as your body weight. For optional cardio to compliment this style of programming, you may be recommended to use cardio equipment such as a treadmill, rower or spin bike.
