The SECOND level of the FASTER series. It is highly recommended that you complete the FASTER 1 program prior to starting this one!
Similar to my former FAST (Functional and Strength Training) programming, the Faster programs are designed to increase your heart rate, fire your metabolism, and improve your overall athletic conditioning. Through higher volume training and additional cardio intervals, the Faster program is not for the light-hearted or the weak-willed individual. This is a next-level style of programming than what you would expect from the Leaner series.
This programming requires a fully functioning gym membership as we will be using a variety of machines, free-weights (dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells) as well as your body weight. For optional cardio to compliment this style of programming, you may be recommended to use cardio equipment such as a treadmill, rower, spin bike, and possibly a sled or prowler as well.
