Before you start tracking macros

If you’ve never tracked macros before, we suggest that you do a bit of research before you get started. It’s imperative that if you don’t have experience tracking macros that you know what you’re getting yourself into. We also suggest that you practice tracking your macros if you’re new to this. This is an independent program and in order to be successful, you will need to be able to follow through and be accountable with yourself.

How we calculate your macros

Based on the information you provide us in your application form, there are many things your coach considers when calculating your macros that an online macro calculator cannot do. This includes:

  • Gender

  • Age

  • Current weight

  • Diet history

  • Current food choices

  • Goal

  • Lifestyle factors

  • Medications

  • Current activity choices

  • Dietary needs


Rest assured, your coach will work with you once your application is completed to clear up any questions before you receive your macro targets!
