Hey – Coach Courtney here! Sure this is ‘another fitness app,’ but it’s me as your coach, communicating with you in this app, and it’s my style of training and coaching. Connect with me as your guide and support system in the community chat (including other app members!) You get to follow programs that I have personally created, align with, and that are similar to what I would provide for many of my clients who have seen phenomenal success.

IMPORTANT: these are NOT magical programs.
It’s all about the energy, intention and effort you bring into each workout session. You need to push yourself, to challenge yourself, to give it your all and then progress the following week. These aren’t easy programs if you do them properly. These ARE programs that can encourage better habits, routine and a stronger self (physically and mentally.) Remember that I’m here with you throughout this journey; I’m in the community chat thread to ensure you are progressing.

Access to all available programs (all written by Courtney)
3-5 sessions/week, 45-80 minutes
Including progressive overload protocols to progress consistently
Follow each routine (same exercises) for 4 weeks, then progress to next level within the same program (style) - or shift focuses - the choice is yours!
Suitable for all levels (remember: it's the effort/intensity YOU bring to your workouts!
4 sessions/week, 60-80 minutes
Optional 5th training day (cardio + accessory)
Balanced, full body training split throughout the weeks
24 weeks in total length, set into 4 week blocks (following the same exercises with progressive overload protocols before adjusting exercises)
Suitable for all levels
Exercise alternatives available (swap machines for BB/DB if you train at home)

You gotta show up. That’s it. Show up for yourself, give proof you did your workouts, commit to the fitness schedule that makes sense for you, and repeat every week. It’s really that easy! You need to be present within the app (valid subscription) on the first and last day of the month.

What's the prize?
Win a full year subscription for the CFL App! Personalized coupon code will have a 12-month validity from the time your prize is awarded. What's the timeline?
Every month is a NEW chance to win, we start on Day 1 of the calendar month and go until the last day. Winner will be announced the following day, via IG tag and email notification.
How to win?
It doesn’t matter if you workout once/week or 5x a week (that helps keep it a bit more fair for everyone!), if you’re sticking to your workout commitments every week, you have just as much of a chance to win.
